A long-serving member of both the National and Provincial Houses of Traditional Leaders, she has been the Chairperson of both Social Development portfolio committees. Currently, Deputy Chairperson of the KwaZulu-Natal House of Provincial Leaders, she is also a board member of several companies and has received numerous awards for bringing development and peace to her community.

Kgosigadi Gaongalelwa Audrey Moroka

A renowned champion of the preservation and promotion of Tswana culture, a social entrepreneur and community builder par excellence, she has served in both the Provincial and National Houses of Traditional Leaders from 1994, achieving the position of Chairperson. She has initiated many socio-economic development projects to uplift women and youth such as women’s food gardens, lunch clubs, and youth activities. She has also built 100 RDP houses with the assistance of the Traditional Council. She initiated the Mmabana Cultural Group, which has the best Tswana dancers in the Free Sate Province. She has travelled with the group to Belgium, and to USA for the New York for Women’s Rights Conference and Ghana. She has also conducted several exposure visits to DRC, Botswana, Lesotho and Rwanda as part of her official duties. Kgosigadi Audrey Moroka is a trustee of ARM (African Rainbow Minerals) chaired by Mr. Patrice Motsepe.

Ikosi Sipho Etwell Mahlangu

A royal leader, innovator and guardian of culture, he has dedicated his life to serving his people. He is currently serving a consecutive term as a member of Mpumalanga House of Traditional Leaders and was elected the Leader of Delegation for Mpumalanga House of Traditional Leaders. He has been elected to the position of Deputy Chairperson of the National House of Traditional Leaders since 2014. In November 2017 he was elected Chairperson of the National House of Traditional Leaders and has been interacting with various arms of Government on matters relating to the advancement of traditional governance and economic development. As Ikosi yeNdsundsa Mabusa, he presides over the annual Ndsundsa Mabusa Heritage, which celebrates the cultural diversity in his community. An entrepreneur and businessman, he also sits on several boards of companies, including Khusi Group and its subsidiaries.

Kgosi Pontsho Phopolo Maubane

A revered custodian of heritage and culture, who has made it his lifelong commitment to safeguard the heritage, cultures, traditions and customs of the people of South Africa, he has served on several sub-committees of the North West House of Traditional Leaders. He continues to serve various key structures of Government by virtue of his previous position as the Chairperson of the National House of Traditional Leaders.

Nano Matlala

A veteran legal practitioner who has been practicing as an attorney for over 30 years. He is past -President of the Black Lawyers Association, Transvaal Law Society and the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, past-Chairperson of the Association for the Advancement of Black Insolvency Practitioners and co-Chair of the Law Society of South Africa. He is founder and Chief Executive Officer of the law firm Maluleke, Seriti, Makume, Matlala Incorporated (MSMM).

Groovin Joseph Nchabeleng

An award-winning advertising and media guru in South Africa, he is the current Executive Chairman of Blueprint Group, a wholly black-owned advertising agency in operation for the past 18 years. Chairman of Koni Multinational Brands and the Medisone Pharmacy Retail Chain, he is former CEO of Leo Burnett Group South Africa/MMS Group, a division of Publicis Worldwide, the third largest communications group in the world, with 65 000 employees in more than 83 countries. A dynamic advertising mind in South Africa, who has won numerous advertising media and business awards. He is respected across the industry and in business for his thought-leadership and acumen in building brands, and is a major roleplayer in the South African communications industry.

Meriam Kekana

Meriam has a solid working experience in the accounting and auditing industry. A chartered accountant by profession, she started her career with Ernst & Young (now EY) where she rose through the ranks to senior manager with the key responsibility of managing listed, large and private corporations. She then joined BP Southern Africa, an international energy group, where she served as Assurance, Risk and Controls Manager, with specific responsibilities relating to financial and business controls, risk management, ethics and compliance, governance and reporting. Meriam has provided strategic financial advice and support to  the Medizone Group (Pty), which is launching a chain of retail pharmacies across South Africa.
